Purchase Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by Soundfactorypro.com Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. All orders are shipped via UPS,or DHL and when available. We don’t ship to APO/FPOs or post office boxes or to hotels. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket, and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, so choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.

To Find Out How Much Your Order Will Cost to Ship
A "Shipping Estimator" is located in your shopping cart for all the products you wish to purchase. On the shopping cart screen, you will see a menu displaying all the different Shipping options available for your order. Next to each delivery option listed is the charge for that option. That way you always see the shipping charge before you enter any of your personal information.
Canceling an Order Before Checking Out
You can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item form your shopping cart.
Product Returns
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned for any reason.
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers’ warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, Soundfactorypro.com offers an exclusive 10-day exchange/refund policy to online/mail order customers only. Car Stereo and electronic equipment should be bench-tested PRIOR to installation (units that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit. Extended Warranties are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) call Customer Service at 888-552-6011. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or original box. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service Insured. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
TV/Big Screen/Monitor/Projector/Projector Screen/GPS
TV/Big Screen/Monitor/Projector/Projector Screen/GPS/Cellular Phones purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route.
TV/Big Screen/Monitor/Projector/Projector Screens/GPS come with full Manufacturer’s Warranties. Most include in-home service.
TV/Big Screen/Monitor/Projector/Projector Screens/GPS are not returnable to Soundfactorypro.com. If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. Soundfactorypro.com can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Monitor/Projector/Projector Screen/GPS to insure that it is not physically damaged.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Monitor/Projector/Projector Screen/GPS. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.
If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment by credit card: VISA/MASTER CARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER as well as PayPal. We do not accept international credit cards and cannot process or ship an order outside of the United States. If payment is made by check or money order, there will be a 7-10 business days processing period for the above mentioned. If you do not want to submit your credit card information online, you may place orders by telephone by calling 888-552-6011 . By submitting your credit card information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the credit card that you designate.
Typographical Errors
We endeavor to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Soundfactorypro.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Soundfactorypro.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Soundfactorypro.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Soundfactorypro.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Soundfactorypro.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item, provided that we will credit your credit card account with the appropriate amount or reduce the amount to be charged to you. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Soundfactorypro.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Soundfactorypro.com.
Sales and Other Taxes
Soundfactorypro.com.shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. You agree to pay for any and all other applicable local, state or other taxes (if any) which are required to be collected by law in connection with the purchase of any products by you.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Soundfactorypro.com will provide on-line technical notes on most products as well as links to the technical support departments of the manufacturers where available.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
Except as expressly stated herein, Soundfactorypro.com is merely a venue for the purchase of various products, and Soundfactorypro.com makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Soundfactorypro.com web site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum aggregate liability to Soundfactorypro.com and its parent companies arising from any product sold on the Soundfactorypro.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Soundfactorypro.com, officers, employees or other representatives be held liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold. Without limiting the foregoing, any warranties that apply to any product offered on the site are made by the manufacturer of such product and not by Soundfactorypro.com, and Soundfactorypro.com shall be responsible or liable for any such warranties
